Still no helicopters in this game, why?

I do not understand why there are no helicopters in this game. Not even helicopter pads or helicopter pilots. Now I have to walk or ride a horse all the time.

Well I then go back to Hogwards there at least they have broomstick I can use to fly.

Nope. Tamriel is full of idiots, even the ones with "colleges".

It will probably never evolve technologically. Not even in 2,000 years. Still using bows and swords, still riding horses. No reverse-engineering all that buried Dwemer tech. No steam power. Stuck in a perpetual dark ages.

The inhabitants are really dumb, to be quite frank.

I hope Bethesda proves me wrong and we get trains, at least, in TES 6.
