Fix for Dual Display Screen Issue
I've seen a lot of people describe that when they launch the game, it'll swap between monitors and be a garbled or a black screen, generally due to an incorrect resolution. While I've seen single session fixes for this, here's the fix that worked for me so I don't have to alter files each time, but is of course not a dev patch to resolve the issue itself.

Locate: GameUserSettings.ini in <drive>:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows

This is the file that the game alters each time you exit, that causes your settings to revert back to the wrong resolution. The game itself wants to use your "left" monitor regardless of what is set as your primary monitor. The file for me puts the game back in my monitor's resolution, but not my desktop's set resolution. Which causes the game to launch at a resolution that just craps out.

Fix: Change fullscreen to 0 and every resolution to your desired resolution, exit the file and save when prompted. Then, right click on the ini itself, select properties and change it to read only.

This makes it so that the game doesn't revert the display settings back to the wrong display resolution/fullscreen by default.

Hope this helps someone else

TY. The game ♥♥♥♥♥ itself when you have multiple monitors and multiple resolutions. Can't believe they launched with it. Or, can I?
