Spell Crafting "Your Skill level is too low"
So I'm trying to craft some spells to help level my magic skills. I'm trying to do a spell chain of "Fortify Intelligence" & "Restore Health". Individually for both of those spells (at the same duration & magnitude) I can cast them. But when putting them together on the altar, I get no warning saying "Skill is not high enough" and I also have the magicka needed to cast it. However once I craft the spell and equip it, trying to cast it tells me "Your skill level is too low".
Why can't I see my skill level being too low while crafting the spell itself / where can I find out the required level?

It should say in the corner if the spell is apprentice, novice, journeyman or master or whatever. The tiers are level 25, 50, 75 and 100

You restoration level is to low - try decrease desired points of restore and fortify in spell and try again (game warning you, when its over your skill) When reach another level (25-50-75-100), create new spell with more points

Magicka < 26: no skill level requirement
26 ≤ Magicka < 63: requires skill of 25
63 ≤ Magicka < 150: requires skill of 50
150 ≤ Magicka < 400: requires skill of 75
Magicka ≥ 400: requires skill of 100

Important note: this is BASE magicka cost for the spell, so any reductions in spell cost due to character skills will change what numbers you see visually in the menu.

For reference, I've found that when making spells specifically for training, (i.e. only one spell school and optimizing cost/xp)

Going between 25-50 skill I can only cast spells that cost less than 69 magicka and between 75-100 skill its 199 magicka.

Im sure theres math one could do to make it as accurate as possible, but im too lazy for that. Lol
