How to trigger ,,Defense of Bruma“

I have requested reinforcements from all the cities and procured all the utensils Martin requested for the ritual (Miscarcand and Blood of the divines). The utensils are also in the Cloudruler Temple.

The next quest will probably be "Defense for Bruma".

But I don't know how to trigger it.
Does anyone know how I can start the quest?

Hi, thanks for your answer.

Martin is already wearing the armor and I have already talked to him about the Sigil Stone. But there is no dialog option with him or Jauffre to start the way to the chapel. I also spoke to the countess, but there was no dialog option available there either.
