Loading Screen Simulator
Seriously, they should've done something about it. I am constantly going through loading screens specially in cities.

It breaks the pace of the game and it doesn't help either that all the assets load into your face when opening doors to new areas. I have a 4090 so dont blame my computer

The game you are playing is 19 years old. The load times are amazing considering how fast the outdoor environment is loaded in after you exit a house or a dungeon.

I had expected to sit and watch a load screen for far longer when moving between cells, but this just works.

You cannot just merge all the cells and expect the game to function as a complete open world game.

Technically this remaster is a huge achievement and the game deserved this treatment.

Your computer is irrelevant.
Lol ppl are so impatient, "slows the pace of the game"???? Stfu and go play something that fills your dopamine requirement. Pacing of the game is fine, the load screens are fine

Fresh to Bethesda games?
The game is build on "cells", separated from eachother, why? it will make performance 1000% better, as well as stability.
Also, loading screens last 0.5 seconds each unless you have 20 years old hardware, why do you care?

"i have a 4090" means ZERO if your CPU or your Ram is bottlenecking you by the way

4090/7950x3d/64 gig 6400 here, literally i struggle to see the loading screens, as they load super fast.

It's a remaster of a 20 year old game that always had load screens like that. What did you expect?

No would have been the correct answer.

As this is similar to Skyrim, Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4, but also Starfield.

Yet, I can agree on that one.
Looks a bit annoying. :wellok:
I start to read the gaming tip/advice, and the new area is loaded before I can finish. No pop-ins. (I know what the loading tips say anyway. It's looks to be the same as it was in the original version.)

If you're having minutes of loading, you've done something wrong.
Loading screen loads instantly though so it’s fine

Yes but there are too many, that is the issue

I take it you didn't play the original game or just for some reason expected the remaster to be different.

Whichever you had a poor expectation.

You should be on your knees groveling and thanking Todd Howard (you'd still be eye level with him) for the lesson in patience, kid.

Or you know just have realistic expectations of a remaster of a 20 year old game.
