No OFFICIAL modding support. There is currently 1792 mods for Oblivion: Remastered on Nexus.

Bethesda have stated that there will not be any OFFICIAL modding support, which is true.

However, this does not mean there will be no mods. It just means that it will not be supported by Bethesda, nor will they release any modding tools.

Btw people mentioned that you can open Remastered in construction kit so there will be new content incoming

It is still running on the same old Creation engine, UE5 is on top of it for the new graphics. So quite a lot of the tools that worked for old Oblivion will still work for Remastered as well.
