Can't access all enchantment effects

Is there a skill that affects enchantment of weapons and armor? I know a better soul gem gives more points, but I can only access some enchantment effects like fire, ice, drain attribute, gain attribute, shield and one or two others.

But from what i've seen there's meant to be soul drain and there should be other elements like electricity, but they don't show up for me. Is there a skill I need to increase for this?

I've looked at guides but this specific thing isn't mentioned.

if you can cast a spell with a given ability, than you should be able to make a spell with one. If you cant craft a spell that does something, it means you dont have a spell that you can cast with it yet. Specifically cast,mind you. If you have a spell beyond your skill level to cast, you still cant craft a spell with that effect.

Thanks, it seems it's the same with enchanting, I just found that in a guide finally.

The problem is i'm a strict fighter so haven't done anything with spells, guess I need to do some spell levelling just so I can enchant my weapons and armor better.

Also is there any way to unenchant something and start again? Cos looks like i'll have to find another daedric longsword to enchant if i'm not able to, so I can get better effects now that I know this.

theres only one skill boost you can buy, but only acrobatics gets a boost past 100 i believe, attributes max out at 300 i believe too, please correct me if im wrong
