Understanding Madness BUG

i just finish the understanding madness quest but i cant continue i have the green dot on sheogorath but he gives me no dialogue after saying i have to stop the march any help?

He should send you to the isle of flame afterwards, I know sometimes quests won't continue unless you've discussed some topics enough so try chatting up the mad god a little more.

Hi, I have the same problem. I found a solution using commands, but it doesn't work for me because it disables achievements.
Open the console (~) and enter "setstage SE04Shell 5" (without quotes). This should progress the quest past the point where Sheogorath keeps asking you the same question repeatedly.
