No fast travel to owned houses

i'm very disappointed that some houses get a POI to travel to (like Deepscorn Hollow), while the others don't.

i'm so sorry to have to travel from Bruma to Frostcrag Spire, that is a pure shame as there are teleporters to Mages Guilds in this building, or to have to walk from the Harbour to the first house i buy with every new char in Imperial City, especially when overencumbered.

Moreover, you cannot fast travel to a Marker.

Is there a way (Mod) to correct this ?

i dont understand what youre saying? i havent found the areas yet but ive got markers from rumours for 3 of the 4 dlc homes, youre telling me that if i travel to them and discover them i cant fast travel there? anyways, skingrads house is right by the gate so its zero hassle and i always sell stuff at anvil first and have no reason to be over encumbered in my home ever
