Swimproblem trough passages in water

Cant swim in wells as in mage guildquest Cheidinhal.Impossible to swim trough doorpassage.
Same problem in the quest Magesguild Dreamworld.Anybody else?

Same here, I have no swim control. Even before I cast the buoyancy spell to breath underwater. My character will not go up or down, can't get through that first doorway. Will try one more thing, and let you know if it works.

There's a quest near the start to kill slaughterfish.
Aelwin Merowald, town of Weye(on the end of thebridge next to Imperial City), quest "Go Fish"
The fisherman will give you a ring of waterbreathing.
