Error says Direct X 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.

I have DX 12 on my Windows 10 computer. Once upon a time (40 years) I could maybe Could Trace and Change the Line of the program. But not anymore.

Try right clicking on the game in your library then going to properties > general and then launch options, copy what you need into the box, try both -dx12 and -d3d12 separately.

Download gpu-z, click on Lockup (top right). It takes you to a website where additional infos of your GPU are displayed. Bottom left is interesting,

Your card needs to support SM6 for UE5. That requirement was introduced with UE5.1.

(same problem on Fortnite).

That error message during startup is a generic one I have seen on many games with UE5 engine if the gpu is missing needed features.

you can't run the game without dx12 unless you do a bunch of workaround stuff to use vulkan. Your card supports dx12 so it should work, the issue lies elsewhere.

An outdated graphics card driver and an old version of windows can cause this.

I believe your graphics card only supports DX12.0 features and won't work with this game at least not without some hacks i can't really advise you on.
