3) Swipe all of their food

Use Ingredient Dupe Chest to dupe Vampire Dust
Sell to the dude who collects Vampire Dust for like 250 gold a pop
You get 11 stacks every time you dupe.

I'm about to try the way I did in Skyrim.

Harvest as many soul stones as you can, enchant the weapons you are going to sell (enchanting your blade and bow with soul capture works great for that).

Sell for a higher value because of the crap enchantments you put on them.

Dude if you play for like 3 hours you can LEGITIMATELY make over 5k. Just do dungeons, sell loot, etc. pick ingredients and brew potions.

Very early game: Go to any farm, pick all the crops. Turn them all into potions of restore fatigue. Sell potions of restore fatigue. Buy any cheap alchemy ingredients, use them to make any potion, sell any potion, repeat until you can get basic equipment. Keep a bunch of poisons of damage health.

After a few levels, you will have the strength to haul the armor off of a couple of bandits, sell used armor if it isn't an upgrade to what you have.

If you can get through to higher levels and are selling magical things, you will be rich.

After that, you can wait 72h outside the fort and loot 10 more apples.

To be honest, just playing the game normally is a money exploit. When every bandit is swinging an ebony or daedric axe at you, money is the least of your worries.

If you want a legit "exploit" - follow the restore fatigue potion suggested above.

Or, once you're level 10 or 15 just go to Rockmilk cave south of Bravil and good luck dragging all that loot out in a single trip.

In Oblivion you really don't need exploits at all.

-Alchemy: go to farms, grab all the vegetables you can get (the best one is just east of Kvatch), craft potions, sell potions, skip 3 days, repeat. Infinite money.

-Level to 15 minimum, enter dungeon, kill and collect loot, sell loot to the DLC merchant in the Wawnet Inn (he has 2000 gold max for sales). Profit.

By far the easiest money exploit is to use the container duplication bug to make a really expensive stack of items. Potion of absorption, or strong varient a good example.
