You can make evil NPC factions friendly with high infamy
Just found this out and it blows my mind. Daedra, bandits, necromancers, ect. If your infamy is high enough they wont attack you on sight

Here's something wild for you to try: follow the Main Quest up to when you have to infiltrate the Mythic Dawn cavern. Get yourself initiated into the club, turn right back around and immediately leave. You're now part of the Mythic Dawn faction and people will react to you accordingly.
It's actually the personality skill that makes people non hostile. The infamy thing just gives you a bonus to personality for those people, up to a max of 20 extra personality. That's not enough to make enemies non hostile, you need something like 280+ personality to start making humanoid enemies non hostile.

So the infamy addition to that personality is negligible at best. You'd need a personality of 260 and then have a high infamy to get it to make people non hostile.

Personality isn't useless, you just need an insane amount for it to be combat relevant.

this same type thing made me fall inlove even more with morrowind because there was a mod that allows us to join sixth house and help delete the empire from morrowind and join Dagoth-Ur as our Father Lord and love unalive-ing soo many in the process that stand in our way .. OOOHHH ... i love that mod soo much! ...
so after reading your comment, it makes me think and your peeking my interest, i wonder if we could join the Mythic Dawn and rise in ranks and un-alive the emperor's son and if theres a mod that we can load to help do this?
