Gardens of Flesh and Bones fix.

If the entrance door to Garden and Flesh and Bones shows as a brick wall, save and exit the application. Then reload for the door to appear.

From within, if the exit door does not appear, save with your character's back to the door location. Load an old autosave within the Shivering Isles, then reload your save from inside the Garden.

Alternatively, you can perform the steps above from within the Natatorium. If you see a red objective marker when you exit the Natatorium, the exit door should appear when you reach the location. If the objective marker is green, try again.
