Do Chameleon and Sneak stack?
So does my Sneak skill work along side Chameleon?

Just wanting to know for my character. Thanks!

No, because those are two different thing.
Yes because both affect your ability to get closer to your target undetected.
Think of it this way.
Sneak is about how quiet your character is.
Chameleon is more how good your character is in blending in with the environment. So the visibilty.
You can throw in the invisibilty as well into the mix.

Chameleon reduces your visibility, making sneak more successful.

The higher your chameleon, the easier it is to sneak. If you get the ring of Khajiit, it adds 35 chameleon, and you can sneak up behind most critters close enough to touch. If you manage to get chameleon to over 100, you become invisible. It does not affect sound, so enemies will detect you if you are wearing metal boots.

They don't stack. Sneak makes you quiet, and chameleon makes you hard to see.
Enchanted chameleon items stack. If you reach 100 chameleon, you become invisible.
They work together, but don't stack. If you have 100% Chameleon, enemies can no longer see you. If you also sneak, you also benefit from not being heard. Additionally, you can perform sneak attacks on an enemy as often as you like.
