Janus Hassildor stuck (Vampire Cure bug)

This bug is not new obviously, but even though I have waited way more than the required 24 hrs, Janus Hassildor just pulls me aside and says "please go..". I know I need to talk to Hal-Liurz to mediate between the two of us but all she says is.. "the count needs more time"... its been like 3 in game damn weeks. SOMEONE HELP!

I have tried every possible solution I've seen online, I think. I can't move forward with this or talk to Hassildor for Allies for Bruma. I'm trying to avoid using console because I'd like my achievements. HELP?

If you still have not figured this one out, you just need to continue with the other provinces first. once every other location is helped and sending help to bruma he will be fixed.
