I have this problem too, I managed to solve it once by playing at windowed mode, but yesterday I tried to play and it happened again.
If you want help you might need to post some specs so we can tell what your playing it on.

Had a moment of bad FPS also 2 days ago. Temps was fine and system usage maybe too low as my computer was idling with the game running in the 40's of fps.

Sadly i did not look into it and restarted game, i havent seen the issue since (2days) It might have been a core parking issue on my system this one time. Not an issue i had before or at least recently.

You need to check if there is a furry animals or anything like that stuck in the cooling system. 30 seconds of UE5 might sound right if something is blocking airflow.

You start game and it dips and then ends after around 30 seconds it must be cooling or you are playing this with 16gb system ram and too many programs running in background.

It will be one of these 2 options likely. But i would start by making sure all fans are spinning and working first.

I had crashes on start up as well. I took out my GPU and RAM.. and plugged back in to make sure they were seated all the way in. I then ran a 2nd power cord from the supply to the GPU instead of 1 cord and splitting it. I havent crashed after.
I was able to play with it for an hour so far, since then when I enter the game and as soon as I move, the machine restarts. Is there a solution for this?

If your getting the GPU crash dump like i was after updating to latest nvidia driver 576.40 roll back to 576.28. So far this has fixed the issue.
