How do I get rid of a corpse?
I have a corpse from the dark brotherhood laying around in my house in Leyawiin. How do I get rid of it?

I don't think you can, eventually it will despawn
If it doesn't despawn after an in-game week, open the console, click on the corpse to highlight it and get an onscreen Ref_ID then type 'disable.' This will remove it from the game.

first loot all from it so its not being used as your container, then stay away some other place for a week and let it reset interior and hope that gets it, player homes are set to not respawn , but hopefully a corpse is not part of the house.

Drag and throw it into the bushes. I did that with the hobo I killed to open the DB quest.
i had that issue in the original oblivion believe it or not lol!, I think it was a dark brotherhood guy in my house so i killed him and a corpse was in my house..
I remember in Skyrim some cultists attacked me in Whiterun. Their bodies were lying there indefinitely and I tried throwing them over the walls. There was also an invisible wall in addition to the physical one, so I threw one into the bushes and the other into the out flowing sewer stream.

Also had this problem in Fallout 4. I set up shop at the Castle and some ding dongs attacked me. I tried throwing their bodies into the ocean but they washed up on shore.

Get staff of worms, re-animate it as a zombie, and walk it somewhere else. It will follow you through loading screens.

A corpse in the house? That is a problem that must be dealt with quickly and quietly. The simplest way, at night, deep into the forest. The forest doesn’t ask, the forest doesn’t speak. Bury it, preferably where the ground is soft, damp, where no one ever walks. Toss it into a bog, better still, if you have one nearby. The water will take it, the earth will cover it, and memory will fade. Just don’t do it near the village, dogs smell, and people talk. Burning is an option, but a hard one, a body doesn’t burn like wood. It reeks, it smokes, it takes patience and a fire hot as a forge. So if you want the matter to vanish, you must think like a shadow, quick, unseen, leaving nothing behind... Yes-yes...
And best of all… don’t kill. Death is a burden that follows you for the rest of your life.
You could probably use it in place of pork for a while. Especially if you salt or smoke the meat for preservation purposes.

Selling them as sausages makes sure the evidence is disposed of in different places.

I rather not mess with the game so I'll try the week waiting first.
Now remains the question when is the last time I went there?
Did you try to chop it?
Inns and farms usually have bags and chests lying around. Don't use barrels, though. They won't sink.
Donate it to your local Necromancer cove. Recycling the dead since Mannimarco.
