Closed many gates, Became head of fighters guild, became shivering isles lord , Became master mage guild . wandered around levelling magics, bought and filled 3 housed outfited a castle and mage tower and pirate cave. sat staring for a while a the cam spins :)
Editt..
I still got much to do though
I have done the cam thing a few times when roaming, there are some jaw droppingly beautiful views in this remaster.
I'm Master of Light Armor, Heavy Armor, Alchemy, Destruction, Sneak, Security, Restoration, Mercantile, Illusion, Acrobatics, Athletics, and Alteration so far. Killing various side Quests first that get very difficult when done on higher difficulties or when you're too high a level, so I don't have to deal with them once I close the Gate in Kvatch, which begins a chain of events throughout Cyrodiil that you can't stop or slow down.
Then I'll sleep my levels up after that and proceed with the rest of the time. Having a good time so far, game is fantastic.

Character is Battle Mage. I keep it on Adept, I gate my levels and I distribute attributes sub-optimally.
Ebony is available right now but I am in Steel/Iron because it looks good with a hood and is a slight nerf.
I am in the middle of each faction quest minus Thieves and Brotherhood which I won't be doing on this character.
Once I get bored/tired of a certain level block I level up to unlock the new enemies and I try to tie the level blocks to the particular part of the story. At this rate maybe another 5-10 hours will see me as Arch Mage along with the other titles.
Doing the Dagon DLC should be on your list as it is quite lengthy compared to other Daedra Quests.
I completed the main quest on story mode in 25 hours. I was there for the story more than anything. But if you go do everything and fight all the battles it is easily double that if not more. I have a mate who is playing that way and he is up to 55 hours and has just arrived at the last level.
As of oblivion, I have decided it is time to do the Knights dlc.. Been a hell of a long time since I've done that.
Still need to complete the main quests, Dark Brotherhood, and Arena. Though honestly, Arena is basically a free bundle of achievements right there.
