[BUG] Benirus Manor quest bugged
So bought the house and started "Where the spirits have lease" But Velwyn Benirus will not come back to open the portal even though I am at 100 disposition. Even worse, after asking him a few times he went mad and started going on a killing spree murdering the innkeepers and a guard until other guards knocked him out. :steamfacepalm:

There is a small note from Grandfather Benirus next to the broken jug where you got the skeletal hand. It is hard to spot. Have you got that note?
