It seems like you may have done something similar to this already. For me it fixed thos 385 and 396 shader crashes
Window Mode - Fullscreen
Resolution - 1920x1080
V-Sync - Off
Frame Rate Limit - Uncapped
Show VRAM - Off
Motion Blur - Off
Screen Space Reflections - On
-Quality-
Everything is on High setting
Lumen Hardware RT - Off
Lumen Hardware Lighting Mode - Low
Lumen Software RT Quality - Low
Upscaling Technique - FSR
FSR3 Mode - Balanced
FSR3 Sharpness - 50
FSR3 Frame Generation - Off
Try these Settings and see if that helps you. Also, put Brightness to 0 (right in the middle), if you haven't already. That'll make it so the environment looks more realistic, but more importantly, it'll make it to where if you use Nighteye, it won't look like a light is blinding you. These changes have helped quite a few people already with their performance and the game still looks fantastic.
Side note, if you're an Archer and leveling Marksman, I would highly suggest that once you reach Expert Marksman and have the ability to "Paralyze" your enemies, to go back into Settings here and turn V-Sync back to On, this might help for those Paralyze crashes that have been happening to people until they patch it. But what most players have been needing to do is once you Paralyze and enemy, then you finish it off by some other means, either with Spells, Blade, Blunt, or Hand to Hand, so you don't crash.
Side note, maybe stop using the Sprint. I think that is what is messing up a lot of people, when they're Sprinting, their PC struggling to load everything, and crashes. Just a theory. I don't run a top notch PC, but tweaked on the Settings to get everything just right where there's no lag, no stuttering, no crashes, and loading screen is pretty fast. My Speed is 50, my Light and Heavy Armor is Mastered and my Athletics is Mastered so I move pretty damn fast, but I never use Sprint and everything loads up just fine as I move. I'm 80 hours in and no crashes.
some things to try:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe
installs the pre-requirements for unreal engine the game is using.
open cmd (windows search) run as admin.
enter : sfc /scannow
this will verify system files for windows itself and repair if needed (takes a few minutes)
enter : dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
also checks system files and fixes if needed (takes a little bit longer)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\
steamworks shared contains all the required setups for all the games you have installed.
make sure they are installed or re-run those setups if needed.
restart windows to be sure.
but like i said we need patches from bethesda. not much we can do in the meantime.
