Cure potions not working

I drank 3 cure potions and still have these debuffs. Tried the altars in a church and it says criminals can't use it. I have zero bounty though. any ideas how I can get rid of them?

Go to the Temple and pray. I think that helps.

In order to activate the altar to receive its blessing, it is necessary to have no criminal bounty, and greater fame than infamy. When the altar is activated, all attributes are restored and diseases cured. Check your infamy in the character tab.

A other option would be to use a Remove Disease Potion first and some potions/spells of Restore Attributes.

My infamy is 31 and fame 1 - New character first thing I did was complete the thieves guild.

Trying to find ichor of sithis for the deep hollow shrine now but I am at a loss where to get it to activate the shrine.

Update: found where to buy it, but can it be found or made anywhere else for free?

no, it's a house upgrade, you can only buy it from the house upgrade vendor. Also when you say cure potions, you mean cure disease potion right? All diseases should be cured by a cure disease potion except vampirism (altho it's initial stages can be cured prior to becoming vampirism).

yes I meant I drank 3 cure disease potions, they did not remove the debuffs.

After some research it seems my only option is to spend the 5+K for the ichor of sithis and use the deephallow altar or do the prophet quest to reset my infamy to zero then use the chapel altars.

If anyone else knows another way I'd love to hear it.
