First Person Bug

Recently had a strange bug where when I went first person my camera view was about 4ft higher than normal so it seems like I am some kind of Giant. Has anyone else had this bug and if so any ideas how to fix it?

i had this happen too, here's what fixed it for me (going off memory):
>go into third person
>create NEW save file
>exit game
>launch game
>load said save file
>go back into first person, should be fixed

Okay, what you kinda forgot to add, was to exit the game after making the save in third person
