Pilgrimage aka Knights of the Nine Bug/Glitch (?)

I picked up the "Pilgrimage" quest near the start of my game, I then invested hours getting into the various Guilds doing their quest chains with some side quests, did a lot of leveling up and such.

Now that I want to do the Pilgrimage quest, the Prophet doesn't give me any dialogue to continue on, nor was I given the Wayshrine list to go and pray to the 9 Divines. Which I did do anyway, TWICE, to see if it would fix this issue, with some help from the internet. Nope, didn't do anything other then make my infamy 0. My Fame has been higher then infamy.

Anyone else having this issue or know a fix if there is one? Console command does seem to fix it, BUT, I don't want to disable getting achievements that I have yet to collect.

Yes, it's the same for me, the only thing that would work for me is to load an old save, but I don't want this save to be 100 hours ago, because I don't want to lose my 100 hours of progress for one mission

I talked to him like 3 times, did the pilgrimage, and got the armor. Not sure how you're having issues.

Check the Churches. They have 9 little altars that gives blessing. Sometimes the game glitches and you actually didn't pray at one especially if you load a quick save inbetween prayers.

If you go get a blessing, you can check if you actually have prayed at it and hit up a altar again.

The quest wants you to hit the wayshrines instead of the altars in an easy to find chapel.

Are you even on the quest? Since you never got the initial quest from the prophet tagging the wayshrines probably didn't work except the infamy reduction, which can happen absent the quest as long as the .esm is enabled.
