I used console commands on previous save/game. At first I didn't notice that disable achievements. Which bother me so I made a new game on completely new save. Are my achievements still disable? If so, is there anyway to re-enable achievements?

Usually find a mod to reenable achievements, or completely delete and reinstall the game (including saved game files)

In my experience of starting a new game and falling victim of this problem, the achievements are re-enabled when starting a new game. Just make sure not to enable the console at all. I only used it once to increase my FOV but guess that's frown upon and considered "cheating" lol.

In your current playthrough you can re-enable achievements with a mod, but it will not activate the one's you should of gotten already in that playthrough.
