Quest Marker Stuck Bug

I'm doing the fighters guild quest line and the marker is stuck at 300m, won't update with the quest and even if I switch quests the marker is still there. Is there any way to fix this?

I found a solution. Just restart the game completely and that's it.

You can save your game > exit the game > start the game, and load the saved game, that fixed it for me. Other wise as extra step you can do Verify integrity of game files on Steam.
