Depends what card you have. If you have a card that support frame generation and not just upscaling then yes it's in the options. If you bought on steam anyway.

3050 notebook, I know it's possible for the 40 series and beyond, but maybe there's a mod that can make my graphics card act like a 40 series or higher, there's always a mod like that; I've done it in other games.

You might have to search the forum someone did post something about change some DLL files to make it support frame generation on the 30xx RTX cards. It's a bit of a hack to get our cards to support a feature they don't officially support.

Didn't fancy trying it myself as I already get playable frame rates, but as I say there is a thread somewhere on the forum about how to do it if you fancy it.
