Gamepass Edition - Thieves Den?

Greetings all. I have the gamepass edition with the $10 upgrade.
I have the door to Shivering Isles (haven't started) but there's no thieves den for me, the door doesn't exist behind Anvil? I wanted the expert marksman trainer.

one 11 year old comment on something I saw suggested I needed to be farther into the thieves guild quest but i thought they were unrelated. Any advice? Talked to everyone around Anvil, no quest starts.

Thieves den is part of the base game. You should have it, you just don't get a pop up for it

I'm not sure why, but I had to buy the upgrade on game pass. Once I did and installed that, it popped up on my next reload. Maybe just a bug, but it worked and was only $10, I'm good with it.

I have to check this....The strange door quest didn't pop up on my game either...From what I remember it pops up right after the sewers. Gunna go to the location tonight
