Any way to revert a bricked save game after using Command function?

I had a glitched sidequest, in which I looked up a fix. The fix suggested using the command function, and in my haste I didn't notice the disclaimer ingame for command function removing achievements.

So now I'm bricked out of my trophy run, and I'm wondering are there any fixes? Should I wait for an update from Bethesda or is there any work-arounds?

I'm afraid the info I've found online isn't favourable so I'm hoping there is some secret dark art tech someone knows about haha.

"Universal Achievement Unblocker" on Nexus, linked above. Super easy to install, and it just works.

I thought the achievement unlocker mod only worked on saves that had not used the console.. If you used it the mods achieves still didn't work.. thats how it used to work.

Ideally I'd like bethesda to walk back such a stupid design choice but if modding is the only way to unbrick my save, guess my hands are tied huh

I have used the console, and used one of those mods, worked perfectly.

Fair enough maybe they changed it.. as that unlocker has been around for ages now.. its pretty universal.

Yeah, use the mod. You don't need to keep it installed either.

Install mod -> load save -> save game -> check in the load list that your new save doesn't have the broken trophy symbol -> exit game and uninstall mod -> load up and away you go
