Removing Mods
1. Does steam gamerepair remove the oblivion remastered mods?
2. Does steam uninstall remove the oblivion remastered mods?
3. Do I have to manually delete the installed mods and change the esp?

Both cases mods have been installed manually.

Anyone experienced?

Delete and reinstall, I use vortex for all mods is working the best :MagicalKawaii:
manually delete the files that you installed, don't forget to delete the "modname".esp text lines from the plugins.text file

Also don't forget, that it is Gamebryo.

The updated version called Creation Engine, was very unhappy with installing mods, but then uninstalling it at the same savegame.
Reverting to a previous save BEFORE installing the mod was key for a stable game.

Oblivion with Gamebryo is very forgiving in that case. <3

I only installed the mod for leveled items from quests, bethesda now said they gonna bring out a patch that is gonna fix the said issue.

We will see if the mod will cause issues when the patch drops.

for your quick answers am very grateful, thank you
Manually delete and reinstall the game. Using steam does not remove the mods, it just remove vanilla files and then reisntall over the mods.
Removing mods from existing saves may break your game, depending on the type of mod.

Delete the mod .esp or .pak, then remove the line from plugins.txt if it's a .esp.

Works perfect it just tells you to update ue4ss or whatever it’s called often but all mods work no issues :suzuko1:

Thanks going to do it now
Uninstalling the game via Steam will only remove any file which matches the one on the manifest. Any modded files will be left in the folder after an uninstall so anytime you uninstall a game or are doing a fresh install it's worth checking the folder and deleting it as even without mods things tend to get left behind such as config files and crash reports
