Yes is worth if you want to support them and hopefully your money goes in the TES6 development.
For the content? Base game has it all, Deluxe is mosly cosmetics.
Worth it? Subjective. For me, yes, for you? you decide.
The price of this remastered is close to Starfield which has much much more dev work put into it.
