Where am i supposed to take this guy to advance the quest.
ive escaped skingrad with him, ran him all the way up to the top of the map near bruma.
and when i talk to him he just says
"what should i do"
with the 2 options of. follow me, and wait here

There should have been a waypoint on the compass once outside the main gate, just across the bridge. could be bugged. try reverting to an earlier auto save.

He talked to me when I reached the bridge outside the castle gate.
