New DLC has been added to your account and will install alongside the game
LOL @ Steam catching up to itself after a week and a half. Can confirm my blue "In Library" tag is now correctly applied, and Steam has stopped trying to sell me content I already own.

I have the Deluxe edition of Ovlivion R. But when I first added the key to Steam, Steam immediately tried to sell me the DLC I already owned. It didn't recognise I already owned it.

Just now I've seen the above message now correctly stating I own it. Amused me, is all.
