quest "blood of divines" is broken

I had to lose achievements because waldemar's ghost was dead, I had to enter console commands to continue the quest line. Damn disappointed in the game...

Yeah, Valdemar's ghost is dead for me too. What console command did you enter? The same glitch is present in the original Oblivion.

EDIT: Never mind, I went back to one of my saves right before the dungeon and redid the whole thing. This time Valdemar didn't die.
