A lot of us have that exact crash. Doesn't seem to be a fix for it yet. Made the game unplayable for me due to the frequency of the crash.
I have fixed it with something veeeeeeery weird. It started happening to me at Cheydinhall, when 2 portals spawned at the same time, so when I was riding around that area it crashed with that message.

The way I fixed it was I put the game in WINDOWED mode. Hahahha, yes, you read it right.
Graphics are still on High settings DLSS Q + FG, but windowed mode, and it hasnt crashed since.
You have core isolation turned on in security settings dont you, it did this to me yesterday and eventually would not even let me load up windows, i would advise turning it off and never using that garbage again, ever.

program is trying to access a memory address that is not valid, often due to issues with the software or hardware. that's UE5 for y'all

Run most of my games in windowed mode. This however, did not fix the issue for me. Games that use UE5 suffer from crashes like this all the time.. its a bad game engine.

Though, My current crash is:

Not happening to me, over 20 hours played.
The only crash actually confirmed that is 100% game issue, is the marksman paralyze bug.
Mine got worse over time, the game just couldn't keep up and would crash out, its a UE5 DLSS problem, I found a fix that worked for me, i had to delete all files starting with SL in this folder D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\nvidia\DLSS\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64, or you could move them to another folder and test it, been running fine since.

For me it's this one:
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000074

The game crashes every time you want to save the game or when the game tries to save.
