Keyboard binding

Hey, folks. I'm on a SteamDeck here so the game always detects that I have a connected controller and doesn't let me change the key bindings for a keyboard (it simply isn't there in the menu, only a gamepad is). Can I somehow change the bindings for a keyboard keys?

P.S. I've found an Oblivion_default.ini in a /Steam/steamapps/common/Oblivion Remastered/OblivionRemastered/Content/Dev/ObvData folder. It has a [Controls] section and inside it there are lines like:
Use=00FF00FF
Activate=0039FFFF
Block=003801FF

Where/how can I find this codes for the keys I want to bind?
