Btw you got to be lvl75 illusion to use shroud I need a cheaper spell that offers partial invisibility if possible
Unfortunately you can't start casting Chameleon or Invisibility spells until you have at least 50 in Illusion.
"In "Oblivion Remastered," you can obtain the Invisibility spell from Illusion trainers or Mages Guild vendors once your Illusion skill is sufficiently high, typically around level 50. Key locations include Delphine Jend in the Bravil Mages Guild and Calindil at the Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City."
In the remastered version, xp scales with the magicka cost of a spell when casted. Try spellcrafting your own “Charm on Target” spell and make the cost as high as you can with your current illusion level and use the spam->wait->repeat method. When you’ve outgrown that spell, make a new one with higher magicka cost and it should only take you like 15 minutes to level your Illusion to 100.
