You mean Vampire Diaries. Can kind of understand but its at least not as bad and trashy as Twilight...

But if you want to see some good Vampire Stuff, then Buffy and the Spin Off Angle are great, even the first 3 Buffy seasons are really dated nowadays (bad quality).

i have buffy and angels, watched them all, yes i like them, not every seasons but still, i liked buffy untill the moment the horrible little sister appeared, after that not that much, she kinda ruined the show. not only that but many bad ideas from joss whedon that ruined the whole thing like the sex affair with the vampire and the fact that buffy was not the maain character anymore, season 7 i think she's just a maid for a group of stupid girls and even get scolded by those idiots. the end of a myth.
twillight , trash indeed, written by a woman and the target audience is teen girls, it's not even vampire stuff, just the story of a horny ♥♥♥♥♥ who can't decide who's gonna bang her. and they call this a romantic love story.
best moment , when the baby girl is born, the wolf guy immediately says, she is for me, she's my wife.... something like that, the guy couldn't even find a girlfriend and as soon as he saw the baby, " i take it !!! " . it's like , maximum cringe.
