Bug to enter testing room.

At the arcane university i went into the guard barracks there then up the ladder. i needed a quick bite for my vamp got caught and paid the fine etc etc,
Instead of taking me to the "castle" im guessing the imperial city prison? i ended up at the testing room.

Probably random. Never heard of it happening quite like that and I haven't tried it myself. If you're lost you can always look up the console codes and coc yourself where you're supposed to be,
