Unofficial Oblivion Remastered Patch
Arthmoor has released the ported UOP to Oblivion Remastered.

If you're new to Elder Scrolls or Fallout games, you won't know that Arthmoor is one of the Wizened Elder Old Farts who is a foundational member of the modding scene, and that the Unofficial Patches for Elder Scrolls and Fallout games are seen as absolutely necessary for them all.

Changelog for the initial 1.0.0 port (from the original UOP) is here:

https://www.afkmods.com/Unofficial%20Oblivion%20Remastered%20Patch%20Version%20History.html

-Merged all relevant fixes from the previous UOP, USIP, and UODP. This covers all of the base game content provided by the remaster.
-All placed reference edits to X/Y/Z coordinates have been removed due to changes in assets invalidating position data. Ownership and other settings such as missing keys have been retained. Anything which may end up needing this kind of edit should be reported to the bug tracker.
-All scripts have been reconciled with fixes provided by the base game.
-All edits to NPCs which would change facegen from their defaults have been reverted to what the remaster has set. NPCs now require external facegen for use in Unreal Engine, similar to how Skyrim and beyond require external facegen files.
-All resource files such as meshes, textures, sounds, and voice recordings have been dropped. Virtuos rebuilt every asset in the game from scratch so these fixes would no longer be required.
-All other previously edited records have been combed through to adjust for any fixes made by Virtuos, and to remove anything that's no longer required because of a developer fix.

-The resulting patch still retains hundreds of fixes from the original game that the developers did not address.

"Are you using the Deluxe Edition? If so, you need to download the additional package for the Deluxe version of the game."

Edit: The additional package isn't there yet, but Arthmoor says in the comments "It's coming."

Same. Still waiting for Darnified UI, which made the game 100% better.

Not all heroes wear capes.
Hot damn, been waiting for this. Now I just need Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul.

Yup just waiting on that additional package at the moment. I love the modding community
So, there are bugs the devs did not address. How embarassing. Anyway, I will implement this unofficial patch as soon as I encounter one of these bugs. Thanx for the work!
Is the fortify alchemy fix in this' unofficial patch?
Yeah, more newbeards need to know about the UOP (UORP now).

Virtuos did manage to fix a number of longstanding bugs, but there's many still present and I've run into quite a few. UOP fixed those way back in Oldblivion. Having the patch ported was one of the first things I was hoping to see. Very happy that Arthmoor got this out so quickly.

Speaking of Oldblivion, does anyone know if we'll get an oldblivion-esque mod for OR?
Arthmoor is a turd who screws up games with his vision of how they should be done these aren't just bug fixes he tries to balance things that shouldn't be balanced, restores cut content that's unfinished and makes the game wonky, patches out exploits because he doesn't think they should be allowed, changes things based off his interpretation of lore and threatens other modders that try to cut his bs out of the patches, don't download his garbage wait for a better unofficial patch

imagine the mind that comes up with this.

who else is making unofficial patches, bud? if cheating in an exceptionally easy single player game is that important to you, just use the console.
its actually working pretty good, found it yesterday. it certainly fixed the standing up bug with the deepscorn prisoner at least lol
