Skull of corruption not working

Hi devs, skull of corruption is not working with enemy ARCHERS, clone will spawn but he will just stand there doing nothing. Rest of enemies looks fine.

I'm getting a bug where they all spawn naked, and wabbajack doesn't work at all on human npcs. tried taking armor off for spell effectiveness though shouldn't matter with a staff

haha i thought that was normal them spawning naked :D just for archers its broken for me, just standing there for 30sec
