How are the MODS?
I know Bethesda is not making mod support for Oblivion Remaster, at least for now. But we're PC players, so modders must be doing their magic. I always say the best games are those that don't NEED mods, they should be always optional. This game seems to be one of them. But are there nice mods worth mentioning?

Hundreds. Too many to pick and choose from for you.

I know, friend. I mean if people have favourites to suggest.

there's already hundreds. Granted, half are not really mods, but reshade presets.

We already have mod support, the original construction set works for myself and others
A lot of the mods I'm seeing are fixes/tweaks so far out of the most popular ones. There's some face/body mods for specific races it looks like, and a reshader here or there. I'm playing on Game Pass so I probably won't touch mods until I beat it.
I wanted my first replay to be fairly plain so I haven't gone heavy on mods. The only one I've installed so far was the re-shader to make the overworld look more like the original. The overly warm color scheme in the remaster was real bad, but I'm loving how it looks with the reshade.

Oblivion remaster was largely outsourced its not a complete Bethesda game also its as mod able as the original. Furthermore the game is actual partially running on the old oblivion engine only the rendering is unreal 5 so mods are already well on their way as most old ones just need some modifications to get them up and running again

TES games are good precisely because of mods. Not the other way around. As for mods worth mentioning: go to Nexus, then sort after Endorsements. Ascension Remastered - Vanilla-Plus Loot and Balance is a fine one. Mission accomplished
Still waiting on Lover's Lab.
Where you are going to run into problems is finding a lot of item/world re-texture mods, as every item in the game was re-skinned in UE5, so the old toolset wont work for that anymore. So now modders must do re-textures in UE5... not simple.

Seven days since release -- already nearly 1,100 mods on Nexus. Modding Oblivion Remastered exploded far more quickly than it did for Starfield, and with the good reason that there were already tens of thousands of modders in a nearly 20-year old scene, just waiting.

It's going to be wonderful in a year, when all the tools are developed to deal with the new UE5 system.

And they will be.
Is it true that

Is it true that Unreal Engine 5 is the easiest for modding? I don't understand differences between engines.
The game is unplayable without mods, they are 100% essential if you want to get any fun.
The gameplay is right from the past, and without mod tweaks the game is unbearable.
A week after release and no patches for steam version.
Even Avowed did it better.
