No matter how many spells i do i cant get rid of it, i take potions. ive had to go back hours to a old save so i didnt have it, its getting to the point i will straight up uninstall this game and just not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ play it.

You can only get rid of the disease Porphyric Hemophilia by yourself, once you turn into a full vampire you need to ask around for the cure and some npc's will tell you to visit the count of skingrad.

Vampirism is different in that - you can only cure the disease easily at the "poryphoric hemophelia" stage or whatever it's called (it shows in your active abilities as draining stamina).

Once that has festered into full Vampirism, there is a quest you need to do to cure it; though once cured it is indeed gone forever as you can only contract it once per character.

Otherwise - the best tip I can give you is; wait at inns until 12AM-3AM, then walk the town; homeless people need to sleep somewhere and it's often not near many people. Or join a guild just for the hall keys and use them when they sleep at night.

The initial disease can be cured by praying at a church. You should try to cure it through the quests though, becoming a vampire without consent and suffering through it is a big part of the oblivion experience.
