Enemies ranged combat ai
In original Oblivion enemy archers and especially mages mostly tend to keep distance between them and player and attack from range, often kiting player, especially mages. Meanwhile in remastered version archers tend to run towards you, until theres 5 meters between them and player and then shoot, while mages run towards you like idiots and die in melee, which seems to be optimal distance between them and player in theyre mind.
In my opinion, there is no excuse for this choice of design. Its boring and takes away fun and immersion.

I personally haven't had this happen, conjurers usually run away from me and leave their summon to hit me. If its a group of mages maybe 1 or 2 will come into melee while the rest stay behind
I haven't experienced this, at all. The arena was actually annoying because of how much the archers kited and how they all had higher speed than me so until they actually shot, I couldn't catch up to them.
i've noticed the ranged a.i. acts completely different hinging on if they have a melee weapon or not. hopefully modders revamp/ tweak the a.i.. you can pretty much game any op ranged enemy by just running into their face.
