Bruma mages guild bug
Im at the quest of Volanaro, to brink him the magic book of the leader. Thing is i lockpicked the desk before taking that quest, so after i picked the quest up i went to the desk a second time which had the questitem in it and the quest log also updated but i got no dialogue options to give it to Volanaro now. I also see Jskar invisible behind him but i cant tell anyone that i found him so, what am i supposed to do at this point? Entire guild progression blocked?

You have to wait till 10pm. Slow down and listen to what they say dude. Read the quest task. Use your brain

i looked up walkthroughs and he comes up with 10pm after you tell him that you got it

I had the same problem, waited in game like 10 hours and it had the prank prompt
