I think it's a bug where vampires have no hair. Seen it on normal vampires too. There was also a clip where Vincent had his hair.

Didn't start Dark Brotherhood yet, but damn, you're right.

Big shame, too. First vampire I met was Count Hassildor and he looked incredible in comparison to his OG counterpart. Really made a good first impression, I s'pose.

His facial features always looked weird in the original. He look a lot more like nosferatu which is a huge improvement and probably the vibe they were going for.
Still, he look better with long hair and i'm sure a mod will soon be made..
