its not change the fact the game was poorly optimized ,
its not the fault of UE5 ( there's plenty game with better graphics , that perform better )
its not the fault of user config
game visual on this remaster isn't the big visual game , its just "normal"
and what about ,crash , bug ..
This was exactly the mod I was going to recommend. It works great, although after some time (could be half an hour, could be two hours) the GPU RAM usage creeps back up (i've hit 7500+ mb on my RTX4060) but saving, quitting and reloading fixes this. Isn't an issue with the mod though - mod is superb, game is massively improved by it.
When I review a game, I give a 0 if two things happen:
1. The game struggles to start
2. The game isn't playable
By "playable" it means that a game must not:
a. Have excessive crashing
b. Must not damage hardware
c. Must not cause adverse effects (like sound suddenly blasting)
d. Must not have graphical effects or issues that cause negative physiological responses*
e. Must not stutter excessively
f. Must not corrupt save games, if the game must save
g. If it the game is ONLINE, then the service must be ONLINE 95% of the time or greater
h. The game cannot come out polished less than an indie game of similar scope
^ And for having those standards, I get eviscerated any time I say a game is bad or a "0" score. I just laugh because those are the literal minimum expectations EVERYONE should have.
But the modern gamer must consume. They don't have expectations anymore -- only the urge to buy and consume. Too much media consumption and not enough literacy does have the effect after all.
I9-14400k, RTX 5080, 32gb Ram.
I’ve tested some of the online fixes but nothing yet works for me.
You're not supposed to play the game in 4K? Why is it an option then?
Having this issue as well.
I have seen probably the most technically inept users ever within these oblivion forums, but this takes the cake
That error with a 13/14th gen Intel CPU often means that your CPU is dying from Voltage Degradation. Especially if the entire system is shutting down. Game crashes don't normally cause computer resets in modern Windows.
