It's impossible to load a save file if the character's name contains quotation marks ( " " ).
Plz fix it.

Because I want to separate the character's middle name from the first and last names

No special characters in file names in Windows. This is the standard, not some malicious plot against you.

I uh...

Hmm... well the IT person in me would say "double them up and try again" I guess. So instead of :
Butch "Tunnel Snake" DeLoria

Use :
Butch ""Tunnel Snake"" DeLoria

This is how you get around the same issue with single quotes while scripting usually anyway.
