Starting speed of 50 regardless of m/f in original. I believe it is the same for this remaster.
Actually, that chart has the information i'm talking about. See the height value? That's not the visual representation of each race's scale, but a speed modifier:
"Each race's movement speed is multiplied by its Height attribute (under Body Data in the Construction Set). With the same Speed, Athletics, encumbrance, etc., a High Elf will move 10% faster than an Imperial because of the extra Height. Similarly, any race that is smaller than normal, such as a male Wood Elf or female Breton, will move slower than normal.

Anyway, with speed at 100 now and athletics pretty high as well, I don't find it to be noticeable or a problem that affects me personally.
