Hand-to-hand sneak attack damage not applying?

I wonder if this is happening to anyone else as when i sneak attack with hand to hand basic attack it says 3x damage in the top left corner but when i test it out the actual damage appears to be the same as 1x damage. The sneak damage seems to apply correctly to my bow but not my fists

Sneak is completely broken for me, both the weapon damage AND the actual Sneak. Everyone can see me, day or night, and my Sneak skill level is 97. Hopefully there will be a fix, but in the meantime I'm just not playing.

It works finer for me with blades. I can test with other weapon types or fists.
